A pet assessment is required for all new ATP customers.
Current rabies vaccination records are required for all dogs in ATP care.
All dogs over the age of 12 months are to be spayed/neutered to be considered for ATP daycare and boarding services.
An emergency contact and/or authorized individual for pickup is a requirement for all ATP customers.
CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT PENALTY ARE TO BE GIVEN ONE DAY IN ADVANCE.
Same-Day Cancellations are non-transferable and will incur a 50% fee of the overall scheduled service(s).
Holiday Cancellations without penalty are to give 3-days notice.
A No Call/No Show will be charged the full daycare rate.

Boarding reservations require a nonrefundable deposit of $50 per dog. In addition, should you choose to shorten the boarding reservation you must let us know 3 days before the start date of the reservation. You will be responsible for paying the full length of the board should you fail to provide the required notice. If you are booking a reservation during a holiday please refer to the Holiday Reservation & Cancellation policy. Holiday Reservations & Cancellations (includes New Year’s Eve/Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas) Boarding reservations made for holidays require a nonrefundable deposit of $100 per dog. In addition, should you choose to shorten the boarding reservation you must let us know 7 days before the start date of the reservation. You will be responsible for paying the full length of the board should you fail to provide the required notice. Please note: Reservations for Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas require a minimum two night stay.

A $40.00 daycare service fee will be assessed for all pick-ups after 10:00am.
A $20.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO ALL LATE DROP-OFF AND PICK-UPS.
ATP staff will not release pets into the care of unlisted individuals in their pet and customer profiles. Contact information must be provided for all approved individuals by the owners. Pet owners are responsible for all late charges incurred by late drop-offs and pickups by dog sitters and other authorized individuals listed under their customer account.
